Noocube Review: Nootropic that helps you FOCUS better at work!?
Woohooo! Welcome to my Noocube review! This is a fairly new supplement that came out recently. It’s a nootropic that helps you focus better at work, or any other activity that requires a little bit of brain action!
I personally was very excited to try out this supplement because it’s actually only the 2nd real nootropic supplement I’ve tried. I have tried rhodiola before which is by far one of my favorite supplements of all time, so I was super curious how Noocube compared to it and also how it compare to other stimulants that I love! Hope you enjoy this Noocube review!
What is Noocube and why should I take it?
Noocube is a type of nootropic. In case you’ve never heard the term before, a nootropic is any type of substance that helps to enhance cognitive function. A lot of people commonly call them “smart drugs,” or “brain pills.” Nootropics are basically any type of supplement that might help with memory, focus, enhanced learning, etc.
Have you ever seen the movie Limitless? If not, it’s basically about a guy who is portrayed as a dumb, lazy, deadbeat loser. He discovers a drug called NZT, which taps into his brain’s potential and enables him to process and apply information at super human speed, allowing him to learn languages rapidly, build relationships faster with key individuals, and predict patterns in the stock market to create wealth. It’s a really cool movie. Supplementing nootropics don’t exactly make you a genius, but they might be the closest thing we’ve got.
Noocube is basically your standard nootropic which is marketed to benefit you in 3 ways:
- Increase you overall cognitive function
- Increase your concentration and focus
- Increase your ability to learn and retain information
How does Noocube work?
This supplement contains 7 key ingredients:
- Alpha GPC: The long boring name for this is alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine. I dare you to say that one 5 times in a row! Holy smokes that’s a long name. Alpha GPC is a type of choline (natural compound found in the brain), which is thought to help increase acetylcholine levels in the brain. It is said that Alpha GPC might be a potential solution for Alzheimer’s disease.
- Huperzine A: This is actually an extract from a Chinese moss plant. Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) is an enzyme which breaks down acetylcholine. Huperzine A inhibits AChE, which allows for greater acetylcholine levels in the brain. Huperzine A has also been highlighted a potential solution for Alzheimer’s.
- Cat’s Claw: This is also known as Uncaria tomentosa, which is vine found in the South and Central America. It contains antioxidants which help fight damage to your cell’s DNA. Personally, I’m a big fan of anything that contains antioxidants! Cat’s claw could be a potential
- Bacopa monnieri: This is an Indian herb which is said to help repair neurons and help with nerve growth. Some say that this might help also be a potential solution for dementia and Alzheimer’s.
- Oak Straw: The boring scientific name for this is Avena sativa and it’s derived from wild green oats. This helps to boost blood flow to the brain, so that you feel more wide awake and alert.
- L-Theanine: This is an amino acid that’s found in black tea and green tea. It’s said to help you relieve stress, while helping you feel alert.
- L-Tyrosine: This is also an amino acid, and helps to increase levels of dopamine and noradrenaline. Dopamine and noradrenaline are neurotransmitters in your brain which help you concentrate.
Interesting fact: Noocube doesn’t contain caffeine!
I found this to be extremely interesting indeed! Many nootropic supplements contain caffeine. In fact, a lot of stimulating suppplements, such as pre-workout powders and weight loss pills contain caffeine, so I was quite surprised when I found out Noocube had no caffeine. This made me even more eager to try the supplement out and see how effective it was without the caffeine content!
My Personal Experience:
Day 1: 1/23 breakfast 2 tabs- felt really good
Day 2: 1/24 breakfast 2 tabs- not huge diff
Day 3: 1/25 breakfast 2 tabs- decent- not huge
Day 4: 1/26 breakfast 3 tabs- bad headache throughout day;
lack of sleep night before may have had effect
Day 5: 1/27 breakfast 3 tabs- decaf coffee- felt better; no headache
Day 6: 1/30 breakfast 2 tabs-
Day 7: 1/31 breakfast 4 tabs- decaf coffee- headache 1 hour
Day 8: 2/1 breakfast 2 tabs- felt good
Day 9: 2/2 breakfast 2 tabs- decaf coffee- felt great!
Day 10: 2/3 breakfast 2 tabs- energy drink- felt fantastic!- comparable to first day…but maybe better.. focused at work quite well
Day 11: 2/6 breakfast 2 tabs-
Day 12: 2/7 breakfast 3 tabs
As you can see from the above documentation, I supplemented Noocube for about 12 days straight. On some of the days I took 2 tablets. Some days I took 3 tablets and one of the days I actually took took 4.
Now, I normally don’t eat breakfast but I decided to eat breakfast regularly during my supplementation of Noocube because I wanted to try the product out right away in the morning! As you can imagine, it’s probably not the best idea to try the product out on an empty stomach! Besides breakfast, I tried my best not to switch any other components of my daily routine. In addition, I should also let you know that each morning, I regularly drank coffee. Since I normally drink coffee in the morning (it’s free at my office, haha), I didn’t want an absence of coffee to be a variable.
I definitely had a lot of fun reviewing Noocube. Throughout my experimentation, I stacked it with several different types of stimulants. On my first day of using Noocube, I had 2 tablets with breakfast and felt phenomenal throughout the whole day! I was actually quite surprised at how fast the effects of Noocube were kicking in! I was expecting the energy, clarity, and focus to take a bit longer to kick in, especially for someone like myself who was used to taking a variety of stimulants!
On day 4 I decided to try taking 3 tablets. That morning I ended up having a pretty bad headache. I also had very little sleep the night before, so the headache could have been caused by either the lack of sleep, the fact that had taken 3 tablets instead of 2, or perhaps a combination of both.
On day 5 I decided to try 3 tablets of Noocube again, but this time, I drank decaf coffee instead. I felt great throughout the day and experienced no headaches, which was awesome!
On day 7, I went a little wild and decided to try 4 tablets of Noocube along with decaf coffee. I felt pretty good throughout the day, but did experience a headache for about an hour. Although I felt good throughout the day, I don’t think taking 4 tablets of Noocube was worth the headache!!
Finally, my best experience came on day 10. On day 10 I actually decided to to stack 2 tablets of Noocube with an energy drink. I felt PHENOMENAL throughout that day. I had a good level and energy and felt as though I could focus extremely well at work. That day at work, I literally felt as though I was superman and felt incredibly productive!
Should I Buy Noocube?
Noocube comes at a pretty affordable price of $39.59 for a 30-day supply bottle. You’ll see a lot of nootropics come at around that same price, so it’s fair competitive. The real money-saving action comes when you buy in bulk. If you buy 2 bottles of Noocube, you’ll get a third bottle for free, which saves you $39.59. Even better, if you order 3 bottles of Noocube, you’ll get THREE bottles for FREE, which saves you a SEXY $118.76!
On top of the order-in-bulk deals that are offered, Noocube also offers FREE shipping worldwide! Woot, woot! Woot, woot! Woot, woot! *does the saving money dance* I don’t know about you guys, but I always love it when I get free shipping. A lot of companies offer free shipping on certain days or if you spend a certain amount of money, but I love how Noocube offers FREE shipping even if you order 1 bottle!
In addition to the free shipping and buy-in-bulk deals, Noocube occasionally runs special promotions. If you visit the website on occasion, there will be a notification at the bottom of the page with a coupon code if you purchase by a certain date. Obviously, the special sales don’t happen every day, but it is one nice perk to Noocube.
I think you should buy Noocube, or at the very least, check it out, if you’re a college student, busy professional, sensitive to caffeine, or simply a nootropic enthusiast.
College students: Noocube is an absolute perfect product for college students. As long as you’re not one of those unmotivated college students that just want to party all day (you know who are!), you’ll benefit greatly from this synergistic nootropic. I don’t think there are many endeavors that require as much brain power as college coursework! Sooo….if you’re trying hard not to go into ADD mode during your lecture, or trying to cram for your history exam, or trying to quickly get your organic chemistry homework done, Noocube might be your solution.
Busy professionals: There are a lot of professionals, both young and old, out in the world that could really benefit from Noocube. This is especially true for professionals who work in a space that demands a lot of mental functioning. Professionals like doctors, lawyers, accountants, salespeople, engineers, analysts, teachers, and lab assistants could really benefit. And, to be honest, the list of professions can go on and on until infinity.
As I’m writing this, I currently work in telemarketing at my 9-to-5 job, so I’m sitting at a cubicle all day, dialing the phone, and talking to business people. When you’re doing the same repetitive task all day, it can become pretty easy to lose focus once in a while. I can honestly say that Noocube did allow me to focus better at work on numerous occasions. It didn’t always work every single day, but it did certainly help a bit on most days, especially when I stacked it with my energy drink (I dare you try that one if you’re feeling a bit adventurous).
Caffeine sensitive people: One of the coolest things about Noocube is that it doesn’t contain caffeine. For caffeine lovers, that’s one aspect of this product that kind of sucks. But, for all you people out there who get jittery or headaches when you consume caffeine, this is an excellent supplement to feel alert and focused without worrying about the side effects of caffeine. Though, if you are sensitive to stimulants in general, I wouldn’t recommend taking more than 2 tablets in a day!
Nootropic enthusiasts: I know this one is pretty obvious, but I felt the need to point it out. If you’re enthusiastic about nootropics and simply want to try something new, feel free to give it a try. Or, if you’re a general supplement enthusiast like myself, I think it’s worth giving a honest shot.
In conclusion, Noocube is a pretty fun supplement to try out. It’s great for anyone wanting to get a little mental boost, especially if you’re a college student, busy professional, or brain supplement adventurer. The product doesn’t have caffeine in it, so it’s great for those that are looking for caffeine alternatives.
Anyways, hopefully you enjoyed this review! Take care!
Supp. It. Up.
