Introduction
Hey guys, this is David coming at you from supplementsuperhero.com and in this video I’m going to be talking about how to reduce thigh fat without exercise.
#1 Focus on Diet
So my first tip here is to focus on diet; and here’s the thing…everyone’s looking for a shortcut. Everyone wants to lose thigh fat, belly fat, cheek fat, chin fat, and they want to lose weight without putting in work.
And here’s the thing…no matter what, you’ve got to get rid of that mindset and understand that it’s going to take some level of effort.
The main four components it takes to lose weight is one mindset, two, diet, three, exercise four, supplementation.
And the thing is…we’ll talk about mindset in a different video, but if you want to lose weight and you don’t want to exercise, then you’ve got to really focus on diet. It’s one or the other.
So my main recommendation is to really focus on your diet and get that straight. And then that way you’ll lose thigh fat without having to hit the gym.
#2 Caloric Deficit
Number two, keep in mind that you’ve got to burn more calories than you consume.
This is the basis of losing weight. This is the basis of burning fat. My recommendation is go online and Google a calorie calculator, or daily caloric intake calculator, or calorie calculator for weight loss, and you’ll get some free calculators that you can use.
That way you just plug and chug….enter your metrics and then see how many calories that you’ve got to consume on a daily basis, or not consume on a daily basis, to lose weight.
#3 Fat-Burning Supplements
And then, take fat burning supplements. This is a huge one.
I know that a lot of people are afraid of taking fat-burning supplements or they’re skeptical, so on and so forth, but just from my own personal experience, I’ve had a good experience with fat burning supplements.
It’s just a matter of getting out there and trying a variety of supplements and seeing which one works, but if you really want to burn thigh fat or you want to lose weight without having to hit the gym, there’s not much of an easier way than taking a fat-burning supplement.
#4 Minimize Carbohydrates
Okay. Number four, minimize carbs. This one’s pretty simple, but honestly, if you minimize your carbohydrate intake, you will lose weight. You will burn fat. It’s as simple as that.
Ideally, cut them out completely for the period with which you want to lose weight, but if not, try to minimize it to below 30 grams.
And, when I say carbs, I’m not talking about, like, vegetables, like things that are fibrous like celery or like carrots, lettuce, spinach. I’m talking about stuff like, burgers, like fries, like cakes, sugar. Avoid that.
#5 Fasting
Last but not least, guys, focus on fasting if you can. If you’re able to do it…you’re healthy enough…you’re not going to faint.
My recommendation: see what you can do to skip a meal, skip breakfast or skip dinner…okay…skip lunch.
….Because fasting not only reduces your overall caloric intake, but it keeps your body in a fat-burning mode so that your body is actually focused on burning fat and not focused on burning the food that you’d put in your body.
Literally, if you want to lose weight and you don’t want to hit the gym…you don’t like exercising…you hate working out, fasting is literally going to be your secret weapon and it’s something that I utilized to really help lose me about 18 pounds within a month.
So, I was able to lose 18 pounds within a month. And one of the ways I did that was by fasting two times a week. So definitely consider it if you can.
