How to Get Shredded: Cut and Ripped Plus Review
Hey, what’s up superheroes!? You must be figuring out how to get shredded, eh? Well, I’m excited to share this next review with you! It’s a pretty attractive supplement especially for anyone that has an interest in bodybuilding and looking leaner and more fit. I mean, the name of the supplement says it all: “Cut and Ripped Plus!” I mean being cut and ripped is one thing, but being Cut and Ripped PLUS is a completely different animal! I’m sort of half-joking when I say that….
Anyways, Cut and Ripped Plus is a supplement designed for people who hit the gym fairly often and are looking to build muscle and get leaner. As you can see above, it comes in a nice blue bottle with a green label. For what it’s worth, blue and green also happened to be two of my favorite colors, so that’s a plus! ….Not that you really care though….
One cool thing about Cut & Ripped Plus is that it’s IFBB Bodybuilder approved. IFBB stands for the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness. It’s an organization that consists of multiple bodybuilding organizations across 191 countries. They host 2,000+ championships all over the world, so it’s safe to say that they’re a pretty big deal. The creation of Cut & Ripped Plus was basically guided by a lot of input received from the IFBB.
The IFBB approval is certainly one of the big reasons why I wholeheartedly trust Cut & Ripped Plus and its ability to generate results. It’s hard not to trust a supplement that’s supported by an organization that’s been around for over half a century and specializes in just about everything related to bodybuilding. In addition to the credibility that surrounds this supplement, it’s also backed by a pretty amazing combination of ingredients.
How does Cut & Ripped Plus get you shredded? Ingredients please?
- Vitamin C (30mg / 50% daily value) : If you don’t know already, Vitamin C is sort of the celebrity of vitamins. It’s absolutely essential when it comes to boosting your immunity. It also acts as an antioxidant so that when you’re hitting the gym hard, it helps to protect your body from damage.
- Copper (.5 mg / 25% daily value): They say that copper plays a role in high intensity workouts. When you’re in the middle of an intense workout, it’s been shown that copper tends to increase naturally in the bloodstream. It aids in oxygen transportation, enzymatic reactions, and is considered an essential mineral to all living organisms.
- L-Leucine (500 mg) : Some say that this is the KING OF AMINO ACIDS! L-Leucine is a branched chain amino acid, which has been shown to be extremely important when it comes to building muscle. You’ll often see it in protein powders, BCAA supplements, and other supplements that promote muscle building.
- HICA (alpha hydroxyisocaproic acid) (500 mg) : This helps our bodies metabolize and absorb L-Leucine. It aids in helping you recover after a workout.
- Glucosamine sulfate (500 mg) : Glucosamine is by far one of my favorite supplements! It certainly warrants an entire review article by itself. It’s a naturally occurring chemical in the body and it’s great for ANY athlete and anyone in general who suffers from joint pain, whether it’s from normal wear-and-tear, injury, or even arthritis.
- MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) (400mg) : Think of this is as glucosamine’s first cousin. MSM is a pretty big deal on its own. Similar to glucosamine, it helps with pain. Many people who suffer from joint pain, arthritis, osteoporosis, back pain, inflammation, and so on, take MSM.
- Chondroitin Sulfate (250 mg) : Think of this guy as another one of glucosamine’s cousins. It’s used to help relieve joint pain and inflammation. It’s used by a lot of people who suffer from osteoarthritis. Chondroitin is actually a very important part of cartilage and helps provide resistance to compression.
- Boswellia (Boswellia serrata) (250 mg) : This is a plant-based substance that’s often used to make Indian frankincense. It’s been utilized for thousands of years for medical purposes. It serves as a solution for alleviating osteoarthritis and acts as an anti-inflammatory.
- Bitter Orange (Citrus aurantium) (250 mg) : Bitter orange is a type of orange that’s used in various medication and supplements. Some say that it can help with weight loss, suppression of appetite, and other health benefits. There is, however, more research required . Some cases have shown that bitter orange can have negative side effects and may interact poorly when taken with certain drugs.
- PEA (Beta Phenylethylamine HCL) (200 mg) : This is actually a stimulant that is produced naturally in the body. It helps to stimulate our central nervous system and has been tied to weight loss, appetite suppression, and overall higher levels of focus and alertness.
- Shark Cartilage (100 mg): Shark Cartilage is probably the coolest sounding ingredient I’ve had the honor of researching! They say that it can potentially help with the treatment of cancer, particularly Kaposi’s sarcoma, and prevent the growth of tumors. It’s been linked to several other health benefits as well. Shark cartilage has, however, undergone quite a bit of criticism and skepticism over the years. The evidence of its ability to help with cancer is definitely a bit suspect.
- Yohimbe (Pausinystalia yohimbe) (Bark) (62.5 mg): Yohimbe is a type of tree grown in Africa. Its extract has been used in medicine throughout the years and has been quite popular in supplements. Some say that it can help increase the activity of your sympathetic nervous system and help boost the adrenaline rush in your body. It’s been linked to boosting your testosterone levels which can potentially aid with erectile dysfunction. It’s also commonly marketed as a weight loss supplement.
- Turmeric (Cucuma longa) (Rhizome) (50 mg): This is a type of herb that belongs to the ginger family. Turmeric has gained a pretty good reputation as an anti-oxidant and anti-infammatory.
- Deer Antler Velvet (50 mg): Who would have thought that the antlers from deer could help you with your bodybuilding career? I still can’t help but think about how crazy that sounds. Deer antler velvet is used commonly in traditional Chinese medicine in addition to bodybuilding supplements. They say that it can provide various benefits such as increased immunity, strength, muscle growth, stamina, and fat burning. It contains various substances which promote cell growth and function.
- Caffeine Anhydrous (35 mg): C’mon…who doesn’t love their caffeine? Caffeine is by far one of, if not the most, consumed stimulant by the entire human race! Caffeine anhydrous is essentially the powdered form of caffeine. In addition to giving you more energy and alertness, it’s been connected to weight loss and is a very common ingredient in many weight loss and pre-workout supplements.
- CMO (cetyl myristoleate) (30 mg): CMO is a type of fatty acid that’s produced naturally in our bodies. Some say that it can help relieve the arthritis pain, but there’s certainly much more research to be done about the benefits of CMO.

I had the opportunity to try out Cut and Ripped Plus for 16 days in a row. When I first opened up my bottle of Cut and Ripped Plus, one of the first things I immediately noticed was the unique smell of the capsules. I can’t 100% accurately describe the smell, but it’s like a combination of lemon and Pepsi. I actually really like the unique scent of the product. I haven’t run into too many products that possess such a strong and unique scent!
As you can see in the above picture, the capsules are green and white in color. I know that 90% of people don’t give a crap about color, but to the 10% who do, myself included, it’s kind of a cool combination. There’s just something about the color green on a supplement that gets me excited!
It’s recommended that you take 2 to 5 capsules per day either in the morning or at least 1 hour before your workout. As you can see from the above chart, I started off slowly by taking 2 capsules per day and gradually worked my way up to 5 capsules per day toward the end of my experimentation. This was so that I could see if there was any tangible differences when taking different quantities of Cut and Ripped Plus. Throughout my 16-day trial, I also tried taking it at different times throughout the day. Sometimes I’d take it with my lunch. Other times I’d take it with dinner. Sometimes I’d take it with coffee right before work.
Despite varying up the times that I took the supplement, I didn’t really notice any significant effects for the first 10 days. That was sort of a good and bad thing. It sucked that I went 10 days without really seeing any differences, but it was a good thing because I didn’t experience any ugly side effects like bloating, vomiting, dizziness, dehydration, etc. That reassured me that the product would be safe for just about anyone that took it.
On Day 10, I finally noticed Cut and Ripped Plus having a positive effect on my body. In general, I think my joints are somewhat sensitive. I’ve never really suffered any crazy injuries, nor do my joints suffer from excruciating pain, but once in a while I feel a little bit of stiffness in my joints, particularly in my shoulders. After taking the product for 10 days straight, I was pretty excited to find that the stiffness in my shoulders was completely gone. Like LITERALLY GONE! I was a pretty happy boy that day!
The second positive aspect of my experience happened on Day 13. Day 13 was actually the first day that I tried taking 5 capsules. I took 5 capsules before I went to the gym and ran on the treadmill. During my run I felt PHENOMENAL! Throughout my run I felt as though I had a lot of energy. I didn’t feel sluggish. I didn’t feel tired. I didn’t cramp up. I usually get progressively tired toward the last 5 minutes of my runs, but even in the final minutes of my run, I felt great! I felt as though I had a lot more energy than usual and my body didn’t wear down.
Overall, my experience with Cut and Ripped Plus was a positive one. I didn’t exactly get super “Cut and Ripped” in 16 days, but I can say that my joints felt much better when I was supplementing the product, and I certainly had more energy when I took it before hitting the gym. It shows that the ingredients in the product at least work.
It’s also important to note that I was using the product about 3 to 4 months after its expiration date. Yup, I was a stupid idiot and had the product on my shelf for a really long time before I actually gave it a try (whoops……). In any case, it certainly made my experiment an interesting one. At least now you can rest easy knowing that even if your bottle of Cut and Ripped Plus expires, it’s still safe to use! I didn’t really notice any negative effects and I didn’t get sick. It’s certainly possible that using it past the expiration date may have had an effect on how potent the product works in your body. Although I tried an expired version of the product, I wouldn’t suggest that you do the same! 🙂
Should you buy Cut and Ripped Plus? Is it worth it?
You can order a bottle of Cut and Ripped Plus from HGH.com. It’s a really great website with TONS of products mainly geared toward bodybuilding, but it has a large array of general health supplement as well. The design of the website isn’t the greatest, but the plethora of unique cutting and bulking pills more than make up for the ugly website.
1 bottle of Cut and Ripped Plus costs $59.99. HGH.com rewards you with extra savings if you choose to buy in bulk. If you purchase 3 bottles, you’ll get 1 bottle for free, so it’ll only cost $119.99. The next tier is 6 bottles for $219.99, which means you’re getting 2 bottles for free. The final tier, and the one that will give you the biggest bang for your buck, is 12 bottles for $299.99. That means you’re literally saving over $400.
Also, if you order $100 or more you will be granted free shipping, which is pretty nice. I mean, who doesn’t love free shipping right? Your orders are also backed by a 90-day money back guarantee. If you feel as though the product didn’t add any value to your body, you have the choice of returning it and getting your money back.
I personally highly recommend taking the dive and giving Cut and Ripped Plus a shot. I had a positive experience with the product. Again, my joints felt great when I was on it, and I felt as though I had more energy to perform at my peak during my workouts.
It’s also well worth the price. The majority of the ingredients inside the product are solid, especially the ingredients that help with joints. Instead of having to buy your vitamin C, glucosamine, caffeine, chondroitin, etc, separately, and potentially paying a lot more than $59.99, you can have a lot of your needs met with this one product. You’re definitely getting a good return on your money with this product. It does kind of suck that you have to take up to 5 tablets at one time when using the product, but considering how much goodness is packed into one pill, it’s certainly understandable.
I recommend Cut and Ripped Plus for anyone that possesses an interest in bodybuilding or fitness modeling. It’s a great supplement to take if you’re currently in a cutting phase and seeking to tone up your muscles.
Not only is it a good product for bodybuilders, but I truly believe that it’s great for ANYONE that lifts weights. Seriously. I’ve seen so many people, family members included, that suffer from joint pain or injuries because they hit the gym so hard and consistently. Don’t get me wrong. I think it’s good to hit the weights and to be in the gym to achieve whatever goal you’re looking to accomplish. However, if you’re going to go hardcore at the gym every single week, it would be a very wise choice to invest in a product like Cut and Ripped Plus, which can potentially save you from agonizing joint paint.
Anyways, I hope this gave you greater insight into Cut and Ripped Plus. Feel free to the check out the HGH website and some of my videos below if you want to get more information. Until next time!
Supp. It. Up.
