Introduction
Yo, what’s up guys? This is David Hoang coming at you from supplementsuperhero.com.
And I’m going to be talking about the Chris Evans Body and some of the secrets that he utilized to attain the Captain America body that a lot of people admire, a lot of people love, and a lot of people are striving for.
And by the way, it’s actually about 1:00 AM right here, 1:00 AM over here in the United States, in the Midwest, central standard time.
It’s really late, but basically I was just up all night, kind of wasting some time doing a bunch of random stuff and I’ve actually got work in the morning.
I’ve actually got to get up within four and a half hours to get ready to go to work.
So, yeah, I kind of wasted a lot of time today so I don’t recommend that. But anyways, besides that, let’s get into it.
Little Info on Captain America?
So basically, I kind of scoured the internet trying to find the exact diet and the exact workout routine that Chris Evans utilized to attain his Captain America-like body and really didn’t find anything concrete.
There wasn’t a whole lot. There wasn’t anywhere that laid the complete blueprint. And I don’t know, maybe you found something. If so, feel free to let me know in the comments section below, but I couldn’t really find much.
I mean, if you type into Google, if you type into YouTube, you’ll find all these blogs or vlogs and all these places talking about the Captain America diet or the Captain America workout, the Captain America exercise and how he got so jacked and so ripped for the role.
But, nobody really breaks down specifically what Chris Evans did, his specific routine, his exact workout, so on and so forth.
They’ll talk about various workouts that they came up with that you can utilize to attain that kind of body.
Okay. Which is…nothing wrong with that. I mean, there’s a lot of good stuff out there. A lot of good programs.
Like, you can type in Captain America workout, Captain America training in Google, you’re going to find all these blogs.
They’re going to tell you how to attain that kind of body, how to attain that kind of physique, but they won’t actually tell you the exact formula that Chris Evans utilized.
Chris Evans’ Crazy Workout Schedule
So I’ll tell you what I found out and what I learned based on some of research that I utilized.
But, basically what Chris Evans talks about in some of his interviews is that he did a lot of just basic stuff, lots of basic training.
And, he was actually working on another movie while he was training for Captain America. So, he was shooting this movie in Boston, and they actually sent over a personal trainer from London to fly out to work with Chris Evans.
And while he was doing the movie in Boston, what he would do is he would take a couple of hours each day to really work alongside this personal trainer and worked.
Okay. He worked out, he trained diligently. And basically, it was a lot of weightlifting, lots of basic weightlifting is what he said.
He never, at least from what I’ve seen, he never really breaks down all the specifics of what he did. The specific rep sets, so on and so forth. The exact training days, training hours.
But basically, he did just some basic stuff. Nothing crazy, nothing out of the ordinary. Just weightlifting. Weightlifting and working hard.
Couple of hours each day while he wasn’t working on his movie, he worked with a personal trainer.
And then, in addition to that, one thing that you’ll always hear, all the time, from a lot of these Hollywood super hero celebrities, is that he ate. He ate all the time.
And it was just kind of grueling eating, kind of the typical, he would say, bland chicken and rice. And then he said that it was, of course, just a very uncomfortable feeling, eating all the time.
I know it always sounds fun, that you want to eat, if you want to eat and it sounds great. It sounds like heaven.
But it’s more like hell, because you’re eating even when you’re not hungry and you’re eating kind of just bland, boring food, like chicken, basic chicken and rice.
No sweets, no delicious big fatty, fatty meals. No like, those good, tasty carbs. None of that stuff. So just bland eating.
The Captain America Super Serum
And one thing that he did talk about though, it’s one thing that he did specifically for Captain America, was he would lift weights and do pushups whenever they said, “Cut.”
So when they were actually filming Captain America, especially for the particular scene where they do the big reveal, where he goes in the machine and then he comes out really jacked and really big, and he has his shirt off.
To get really primed and really set for that particular scene, he would lift weights.
So whenever they said, “Cut,” he would go, he would lift weights, he would do pushups, he’d get primed up, he’d get pumped up, he’d get cut, so that he looked his best for that particular scene.
So, sorry to blow the secret for you, but Chris Evans doesn’t look like that all the time.
When you see these celebrities, when you see these super heroes in the movies, they don’t look jacked, they don’t look that ripped 24/7.
They do a lot of preparation ahead of time and during the film and during the shoots and on set.
So, always keep that in mind. And kind of think realistically here and just understand that you don’t have to feel bad if you don’t look like Chris Evans all the time.
You don’t look like Captain America all the time. No big deal at all.

Again, really no big secrets here. Just hard work, weightlifting, eating right, eating a lot.
